The capacity varies for each model. We indicate the exact capacity for each urn on the product page.
How to fill the urn with ashes?
For filling the urn, you can contact your funeral director or the crematorium. They are experienced in this and are often happy to help you.
Do you prefer to do it yourself? It's very simple. We supply the right accessories and brief instructions with every urn. This way, you can place the ashes in the urn yourself in a calm and dignified manner.
Are the urns suitable for indoor and outdoor use?
The urns are suitable for indoor use only.
Can I personalize the urn?
Yes, we offer the option to personalize the lid of each urn with an engraving. Read more about personalization.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is always stated with the product and may vary.
However, please note that when ordering through the crematorium or funeral home, this may differ. Crematoria in the Netherlands are obliged to store the ashes for 1 month after cremation. Therefore, for delivery times, it is best to contact the relevant funeral professional.
Can I return the urn if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange the urn free of charge within 90 days.
Where are the urns made?
All our urns are designed and manufactured in the Netherlands.

Do you offer a warranty on the urns?
Yes. If you have a problem, please contact us. Together, we will look for a suitable solution, such as repair, replacement, or a refund.
What should I do if the urn arrives damaged?
We do our utmost to pack the urn carefully and securely. If the urn nevertheless arrives damaged, please contact us. We will ensure that you receive a replacement urn or that the damage is resolved to your satisfaction in another way.
